KeymasterMy (74 year old) mum recently bought a fan assisted electric oven despite never having had either an electric or fan assisted oven previously. Unfortunately, it came without a manual and it’s driving her nuts – producing undercooked joints and soggy fruit cakes. The oven is branded ‘Arrow’ and the model is SOGH W (A0200). I’ve searched hi and lo for this company’s products on the net to no avail. My mum would be very grateful if anyone could inform me where I can download a manual or send off for one.
Many thanks
Betsy

KeymasterBetsy,
It wil be something that’s been branded up and made by some other actual manufacturer most likely. I don’t recognise the brand, but where was it bought from and one of us may know what it is?

She did indeed buy it from B&Q. It’s made by Teba or Gunkol is the Turkish name and rebadged to Arrow for B&Q.
Independant Service in Wakefield are the appointed agent for spares and service in the UK, so they should be able to help with a user guide. They are on 01977 665590, you will need the full model number also which should be something like A02004GB/??
Failing that, the Teba UK website is http://www.teba.com/uk/Alisveris/ I had a quick look and it appears that manuals are not there for download, but there is a contact page.
Hope that helps.
Dave.

hi
the appliance you have got is a arrow oven made for B&Q by TEBA.
the oven should be a simple oven to operate.hopefully the following will help.on the right hand know it should have the following symbols.
light = light bulb only
fan blade = defrost
circle with a fan blade = fan assisted oven
lower line = lower oven element only(normally plate warmer)
squiggly line = grill element
higher straight line upper oven elementyou will also have a knob with settings of 50 – 250 which is your thermostat.
there may also be another knob dependant on model that is a timer which has a M setting, the M is the best on to use as it wil keep the oven operating until you turn it off.if you need further help yu can give me a call on 07961365484 and i’ll try to talk you through it.
