    Bosch dishwasher SGS5342GB/17 FD8011130111 stuck at 13 minutes and drain pump running also the pre rince led flashing (right led) if you try to reset it the time goes to 0 but pump keeps running and will not cancel. Is this a fault code 13 if so what is it?

    Haqve you checked for water in the basin?

    I haven’t yet, but would that have 13 mins in the display ?

    I have now been back to this and have now come to the conclusion that there is in fact nothing wrong with it and that it was the customer that had caused the problem. I did not have time when I first went there as I had fitted it in between other calls.
