I have one of these. 3 years ago I replaced the recirculation pump motor capacitor as it was open circuit. I am now getting poor water pressure, and will check tomorrow whether the capacitor is still OK. and if so I’ll check the pump blades and pipes. I’ll let you know the result.

The capacitor reads a little low, 3.35uFd instead of 4uFd which is 15{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} not the 5{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} marked, though I didn’t check it when new. Is it likely to be a problem?

The motor winding resistance is 110 ohms, centre tapped. No blockages apparent in the spray pipework, and the pump impellor looks good.

I thought I’d cured the fault, but on a normal wash, it didn’t stop until I pulled the plug at 3.5 hours after it had used 5 portions of the Finish dispenser. So I’ve decided not waste any more time on it, and I’ll replace it, though not with a low-end model, and not a Candy, Hotpoint or Indesit.
