I would like to say this was my first visit to Kili and it was good at long last to meet all the voices behind the phones; Hello to Tracey, Nicola, Amica Anne and Elizabeth. 😉

It was a very worth while and proactive couple of days of which I believe we covered most of was intended of this meeting.

Hats off to Ade and Lawrence for spending what seem like ever behind closed doors going over the COP amendments and getting that sorted.

This stuff was a bit over my head :duck: but a real eye opener of what goes on being a committee member, I have certainly learnt a lot in this short time being part of the team and I was glad that I could help out on this occasion.

I know others intended to get up for the couple of days, but due to work commitments could not make it. We appreciate its difficult to always get time off in these difficult times.

At the September meeting Lawrence told all that by the end of October everyone will have certificates; so with this dead line approaching Barry and I volenteered to get on with this task.

Thanks to Tracey for compiling the list we have an up to date figure of members which totals 107.

The certificates have been made up now and by Monday or Tuesday most of, if not all of them will have been sent.
We decided to send them by email but if members are unable to print they can request a copy to be sent in the post.

I can say we did put in some long and worth while hours over those two days.

But thanks to Ken for his hospitality and putting up with us; taking over his offices and his staff.
I apologize for my constant interuptions and bothering you for information. 😆

The evenings were a scream and in fact if it wasnt for you Ade it just would not be the same. 😆 😉
Laugh… I have not laughed so much my stomach still aches. :rotl: :rotl:

I had a great time, cant wait till the next time.

    Cheers Guys

Thanks for the hospitality Ken & Tracey, again, they stay was very welcomed and felt ‘At home’ kinda! Also, a perfect venue for WTA stuff!

It might be a good idea to come back (All of us) in January, new year new start n all?! And we can spend some QT planning the Feb meeting?

    Ade 🙂
