this appliance is not starting into a wash prog, what happens when you set away on any prog selected, it drains at start, then starts to fill, but imiediatley pulse’s the drain pump to drain, this keeps happening, filling and draining. the programme indicator, of that programme you have selected just keeps flashing, and there is a audible beep twice, then a single beep. there is no fault code coming up, ie 2 flashes, 4 flashes, or whatever on this appliance.
i have checked heater, ntc, flood switch, air chambers, and pressure switch.
    any idea’s gents.

Popular faults on these are 7 for turbine/impellor/reed switch thingy, and 11 for turbidity sensor which usually just means cleaning the black grid thing in the sump with a soft toothbrush. Worth checking those out.

If you have a float switch/feeler try them both, but remember to run the test/reset sequence.

    Test Mode

Make sure the appliance is empty of water before running Diagnostics as it does not pump out before starting to fill and therefore you could overfill the appliance.
Open the door and set the program to the first program. (Normally rinse).
    Turn the power off.
Press and hold the start button and while holding turn the power on.
After a little while the start button will flash, release the button.
Press the start button once and close the dishwasher door.
The machine will now run through a diagnostic routine.
If memory serves me right it takes about 20 mins.
The machine will stop during diagnostics if an error is found and will display the error code. If no error is found it will complete the diagnostics and end the programme.

To exit diagnostics at any time just press and hold the start button till the programme is cancelled.

no flow meter on this appliance, worked by a pressure level switch, and when m/c shuts down the programme that you select flashes Continuous, no puase in flashing to indicate a genuine f/code. and if you reset to another prog, that light does the same.
just to recap when this happens the machine stops and pulse’s the drain pump to drain, then starts to fill again, and it just keeps doing this. i would say when its doing this within 2 or 3 seconds, drain/fill/drain/fill.
so the normall w/pool codes do not collatte to whats happening to this m/c
    thanks,

If the drain pump is pulsing, it’s a board fault.
