    Need a thermostat for the above .all i can find are the reset types .
    The drier has the red plastic button in the back cover but has no thermostat behind it .the thermostat is mounted on the heater it is a bimetal device similair to the restable one ,Can any one help ? .

    But the number does not mean anything to me !
    I typed it in the spares section of this site but nothing came up . Is
    it a connect number ? .Sorry to be a nuisance .

    Sorry mate gave you duff info, part no I gave is for a different dryer.
    BTW 4819****** =Whirpool, they are on shop@but under an Elux.number
    Iv’e had a look for what you are after, it seems that the part is obsolite. connect are showing an alternative, 5031681094724
