    Had the F-03 fault so replaced ntc and element,fault cleared fault started programme started to heat OK,then cancelled and set to drain,no pump,sometimes no pump sometimes 45 seconds run and then neutral return from pump shows 240v at the board so pump stops.
    Checked all connections,squeezing up and lifting the tags slightly,ran pump independantly for several minutes.
    PCB ! ?
    Any info on this ie diagram please.

    Thanks Jim,
    Have thought about adding a nuetral link direct to the pump.
    Worth a try perhaps.
