Can anyone help me on this one?
The problem is the fridge is not getting cold due to the fan motor not working (in freezer evaporator).
I have replaced both thermistors, made sure the condenser is clean & the condensor fan is working ok
The fan inside the freezer seems to be ok
    Any ideas ?
    regards

Hi Toni – Oh I love these – Pull off (two screws) the fan cover in the freezer section and check that the fan is running (must be at -6C or greater with compressor going)
If not check that the fan is ok. If not change it. If the fan is OK move up to the control facia area remove electronic module and check that there are no dry joints visible, if there are, resolder. If this still doesnt get the fan going send the board to QER who can repair it for you. Be aware that they don,t always get it first time around and the board may have to be sent back a couple of times. If you have fan action but the fridge is too hot, take the fridge control housing and check that the vent is open if not suspect duff motorised baffle (pt no – 2600239). If you need wiring diagrams etc Ive got the technical publication here. Good luck – Ian
