    I have recently replaced the heating element and the thermostat in my Bosch WTE6920GB/04 condenser dryer.It is working fine,doing what it is meant to do except it is not collecting any water in the chamber.It isn’t leaking water anywhere but losing it as steam through the top panel.I regularly clean the machine and have always emptied the water and cleaned the filter after each use.I’m not particularly big on DIY but will have a go! Anyone any ideas?

    Have you cleaned the condensor box ? Its the metal box in the bottom left hand corner at the front of the machine ?

    Yes,I clean that quite regularly? We’ve had machine about 6 years and never had many problems. I’ve done a few minor repairs myself but can’t fathom this one out!
