Been and changed heater on this machine. The old one had gone down to earth. Fitted genuine heater. Checked water level, machine only 12 months old.Worked fine for a week customer says now sticking on programme on heat section, fine after rinses. Cant go back till next week anyone had problems with these?

Yes It’s probably done in the thermostat that screws into the base. connects code is 5045173401242 if that helps.
