    Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

    Customer phoned explaining that on the drying cycle the vent in the door is spraying water and causing a leak on the floor.

    shouldn’t be water just steam, check fan vent is shutting & openng correctly, i’d assume its not closing fully or that the drain channel from it is blocked
