We have recently been out to this Zanussi machine with a ” no heat ” fault . Heater , wiring , heat switch all tested o.k. We replaced pcb board which is the common problem with Zaussi d/ws , but after fitting new pcb board , we still have no heat . Can anyone help us with this one please ❓
No , we have checked the wiring and all is ok . We have a circuit through the heat switch up to the board . We checked these things before ordering and fitting a new board which commonly is the cause of “no heat ” probs on dishwashers but this one has caught us out .
have you run it on a diagnostic test run ? poor terminal connection when replaced the pcb – ie did you nip each terminal back on, they are notorious for opening out slighly when removing them…
other than that dispensor solenoid failure… is it opening after first prewash???
Do you have the diagnostics procedure for this m/c ? Thanks ,by the way for the other ideas . As I am only the messenger , I will pass them on later and see where we go
😀 We have now successfully completed the repair , broken wire to temperature sensor , a pig to find as Bob had already metered it and had continuity . It was only when disconnected and pulled that the break became apparent . well done and thanks to bigchrisoioi !!!
