Hi, I have an Electrolux ER78311 all in one fridge freezer, freezer section seems to work ok, but fridge section not getting cold enough.
Tried turning dial up and down but no joy.
I have read other suimilar posts (not on this model though), and they talk about fans and thermostates that are accesable behind panels etc, but I cannot find anything like that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Likely you will find the fan in the freezer section is not blowing air into the fridge section. Fan may be blocked by ice build-up, seized or slowed up. Difficult & very fiddly to access & repair. Try defrosting totally first, you might be lucky that fan is blocked by too much frost formation & may spring to life when its defrosted.
