Hey guys
My friend has a whirlpool aw321. It says the door wont open.
I used to repair machine about 15 years ago so asked him to do some basics. First was to check pump was not blocked (blowed down grey pipe and all was clear)
Second I told him to check the vacuum switch, remove the pipe to the switch and blow/suck into switch to see if it was working.
He said door still will not open, my guess now has to be the catch itself. If it is any ideas on how to open it? I have not seen any pictures of the catch but I think this has to be the issue.
The machine has no water in it at all.
