Customer complaining oven not hot enough.
Have tested temperature with accurate digital thermometer in middle of the oven and the temperature is consistently 10c below whatever you set the temperature to.

With a mechanical thermostat I would expect up to a 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} tolerance.
But surely Digital should be more accurate ?

Has anyone had problems with temperature on these ovens before ?

I am considering changing the temperature sensor.

Probably nothing wrong with it, Whirpool used to say that if it was 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} out it was OK. If you select 200 degrees these ovens will cycle the elements on and off after about 10-15 minutes, most customers beleive that it is at temperature then but it will take about 30-45 minutes to get to correct temp..
I have fitted hundreds of elements and main boards in these ovens and doubt if I have fitted more than a couple of NTC’s, they rarely fail.

    Thanks John
I didn’t want to fit a new sensor and find it made no difference.
    Appreciate you input.
