    Done the usual evap cover and defrost heater in fridge side but fan doesnt run in freezer all components metered ok. Can freezer defrost sensor possibly cause this by making it look like evaporator is not cold enough yet similar to the hotpoint mistral??

    had one the other week like this and it was the fan motor itself,I think the 2 motors are the same so if you have changed the fridge vap cover take the motor out of that.

    I have repaired a couple with this fault and it has been the fridge air sensor at fault . The air sensor is fitted behind the blue cover.
    So if the fan is not at fault try the air sensor.
