Thanks in advance for any responses 🙂

Problem is a noisey drying fan on miele dish washer.

I removed the RHS panel trying to locate the fan. Was unsure how the system is taken apart. Any tech would be greatly appreciated.

Had this problem. Think the fan is in the door, if its a modern one. There’s a drain tube going down from its compartment and it gets blocked -> water in fan -> noise. The one I did was easy to get at, don’t remember having any trouble. Just needed a clean and lube and it was as right as rain.

Cooling fan is mounted on the lhs at the bottom not too bad to change!
replaced a few due to noise 😥

removed sides and lid, anti clockwise unscrew the two vents on inside of D/W. Lay Machine on LHS, remove base and the fan ass wiggles (just) out.

Fan was located bottom RHS, housed in plastic.

Where the machine sucks in the air, it had sucked in a tablet wrapper. It was this plastic wrapper causing the noise.

    done 🙂
