Replaced an element and fan on this today. Not the cleanest of ovens a lot of crusty grease stuck to it. The owner claims she tried to clean it :rolls: Anyway on test got the usual smoke from the grease and hoped it would burn off. But no kept doing it. looked at the grill element looked greasy( it’s never used) so i turned it on to clean it. The grease above the element burst into flames 😯 😯 . Cut the wire and ran out the door with it. It did go out and it’s ok. Is there any proper stuff that can clean this oven? Very important to clean ovens, there must be a few timebombs out there! 😯

Mike.I was so relieved to get it out believe me, couldn’t risk someones mansion burning down because of me 😕 Their dog ran after me grabbing my leg trying to hump it when running out the door 😳
