Hi All,
Really hoping someone can help with this!
We have a Whirpool 20RB-DL side by side American fridge freezer. About a week ago we noticed the freezer was warmer than it should be. Basically it isn’t producing any cold air which comes out of the vents at the top. The fridge worked fine at the time. Now a week later the fridge has also stopped working, thankfully we still have our integrated appliances as a back up, but does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?
The user interface doesn’t show any faults and has the freezer temperature at -20 and the fridge at 5C.
We did have the UI replaced 8 months ago as there was a known fault with this.
Any help would be really appreciated to save on potentially a costly engineer repair!
