Hi
looked at this today ,door wont open,
the customer broke the door handle trying to open it.
i tried to release it from the back but cant access the the door catch.
the interlock is covering it.i thought it had a cover on it but it doesn’t want to come of.
anyone know how to release it.

If the handle has broken off then chances are you can reach through to the metal door probe. Tweak it to the right to release. Alternatively length if fine wire drawn around the inner door trim (from left to right) to catch the latch and trigger its release. 💡
