My new smeg hob locked out and the key light permanantly flashes.
i have switched it off and back on.
no good.
Any ideas before i go to the supplier.

You’ll need to phone Smeg service on 0870 444 7002 to arrange for an engineer to call and check this out, there is a fault there by the sound of it. As it’s new, all work will be covered by the warranty as long as the appliance has been installed in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
