When you say you contacted them direct Bob, did you phone them ?

I’ve tried the email approach with them and no-one reads them.

Is this info still current, have just been phoned by a customer with a Bompani oven, going to have a look on Monday, suspect oven element.

I have just been to this call, element is faulty. The customer has no documentation, other than the name Bompani on the front, there is no other identifying marks. No model name, no rating plate or any sign of it ever having one, its a built under unit and I have removed it completely but can find no ID anywhere. 😥

I have just rung that number above and it is connected to a fax machine, not easy to converse with one of them.

I’ll try and post a picture of the element, together with dimensions to see if anyone can suggest a suitable alternative.

The element has CONSONNI 2000W 230V on it.

Just tried the number listed above as Fax number and the phone was answered. Sounded like a private number, but the woman who answered daid that Graham was out but would ring me back later. ❓
