Can I please make you aware, if you haven’t sent us the customer details to register, there is a chance that machines you have sold could be given to another engineer.
Until the registration site is up and running, we will happily input the details.

Guys,
The seller service registration stuff I and Sudeep (pet geek) are working on but it is a technical challenge in many ways.
The problem is that I want it to be as resilient as possible to failure and, I also want it to work fast, be easy to use, be available 24/7 and useable in the field as well as at base.
So, not a lot to ask for really. 😉
It also has to fit in around all the other systems and work with them.
Please bear with me as it will get done and, I hope that when it is done, it meets all the criteria that I have for it as well as some more. As usual though, I’m trying to do something that’s never been done before or at least, not quite in this way. Reason being, I’ve designed this specifically for the WG industry, not just plopped an off-the-shelf solution into play and adapted it to suit what you need.
There are a lot of advantages to this approach, the disadvantage of course being the lead time.
We will get there though.
