Haven’t got the model number to hand it’s in the office but yesterday I looked at a washer U/G. I have to say I have never seen such a complete write-off as this one…the top weight had broken free of the tub taking bits of the tub with it then collided with the valve wiring at the back causing a short which popped the pcb before falling down the side and bending the cabinet…oh and the dust and crumbs from it have filled the shox making them as stiff as a board!

Anyone else seen anything like this?

Oh…and Amica have said if all the bits are available then a repair will go ahead 😆

Had AWP510L that done the same after the second wash. 😯

Lucky the customer was easy going and Redkite appliances changed the machine over with no problems.

Was told that top weight was not as common a problem as the bottom weight. 😉

That’s a complete machine then if the cabinet is damaged. It doesn’t make sense not to exchange.
