    Hi guys,

    Just looking for a little help please.

    As per the topic, I cannot get our BWD129 to spin. I checked the pump today and there doesn’t seem to be any isses there.

    There are no flashing LEDs showing an error code or anything like that but the thing just won’t spin.

    Any ides?

    Got it sorted 😳

    If only I’d tried running the machine empty in the first place. D’oh!

    Turns out the machine wasn’t spinning due to the fact my wife had washed one little snow suit on it’s own. I didn’t realise the machines were this sensitive!
