Bosch fridge/freezer back panel removal?

How do you get the back panel away from a Bosch fridge/freezer. I have tried squeazing those funny pegs together but they always seem to break? Is there a special tool?

Its a general enquiry as the peg type thing that holds the back panel in place is used on lots of frost free fridge freezers. I’m talking about the back panel that you need to take off to get to the evaporator.
