    Siemens S54T09X1GB/06 dishwasher. FD 8609.

    This dishwasher will fill and empty but the circulation motor doesn’t run at all. There is a motor module (499989) on this machine as well as another module in the base (642302). The motor is free to turn. I haven’t seen a Neff fitted with these PCBs in the base before……any info would be much appreciated!!

    That’s very odd Steve, I copied and pasted the Enr No. you gave onto the Siemens web site and it shows that machine as just having one module (483577)….??? 😕

    Maybe 2 am is a bit late (or early) for you to worry about it?:wink:

    Definately 3 modules on this one. Why? It’s only a dishwasher!!! :rolls:

    Take three……….NEFF S54T09X1GB/06. FD8608. This time it’s definately there – because you now have the correct model number!!! FFS!!! :rotfl:

    I’ve not come across one of these before I would suspect the Motor Module (499989) as being the guilty party? 😕

    Module in the base has all the triacs on it one of which controls the motor. Can fail even if the triac looks ok.

    This type has a variable speed wash motor. Hence the extra module.
    It’s not unknown for these modules to fail, assuming that the motor is o.k.
