    Hi people,
    We have 2 of these in our warehouse waiting to be fixed so i thought i would have a look at one. Both no heat. Heater and both stats ok and no live getting to either. Is there a exhaust stat on one of these? I took both sides off and had a look but i could not see it anywhere. Time got the bretter of me and i put it back together for another day. Any help much appreciated.

    You may want to check the model number 😉

    The pnc would also be useful.

    Hi Dave

    The model is defo a TC7102S there is a link here if you want to look but it is the white model TC7102W in the link and we have the silver hence the S. Have not got the pnc number and not back in till Monday

    There is another stat at the front on the fan housing somewhere by the looks of the diagram

    Part number is 1258406014 described as 82-110 C

    Sparky,

    Dave has hit the nail on the head here. 😆 In fact the problem is indeed that main Thermostat Part No: 1258406014 (Located inside the drum behind a plastic cover held with a couple of philips screws actually 😉 )

    Stick in a new stat and educate your customer about the importance of the ‘Cool Down’ part of cycle 😉
