    Help please. I am trying to send a private message but after pressing the submit button the message is moved to my “out box” and is not transferred to my “sent box”. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Ron, I am almost certain that it stays in your out box until the person you have sent it to has read it then it moves to your sent box. Not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure as K isn’t here to ask at the mo. 😉

    Hi Ron, :waving:

    Trace is right. When you send a PM it automatically goes into the Outbox. Sentbox shows that the message has been retrieved by the recipient.

    Thanks very much folks. I have a message still in my out box from October so when today’s message stayed there I thought I was doing something wrong, but it seems not.

    Some websites send you an email to tell you there’s a PM waiting for you but the default setting for this site appears to be not to notify you by email.

    I always receive an e-mail to let me know a pm is waiting.

    Hi Phidom

    If you go into profile, click the yes button to notify on new private message you will get an email notification.
