I have a small trickle of frozen water running down the inside rear wall of the freezer compartment which forms a block of ice in the bottom before forcing its way past the door seal and causing a puddle on the floor!

The leak is coming from behind a removeable back panel on the rear wall and is to the right of centre. It’s been doing this for some time but the fridge and freezer still work perfectly with no unusual noises. I’ve never defrosted it because it’s a ‘frost free’ freezer but I’m wondering whether this is being caused by a frozen pipe somewhere?

Any advice will be gratefully apreciated.

    Hi

The drain hole is blocked..defrost fully for 48 hours with the freezer door left open and then restart as normal.
