Hi
customer complaining that when she washes towels on 60deg eco program. The program stops with 1 minute in display, then after 2-3 mins fills again. At this point she cancels the prog & re-spins.
This fault only occurs when washing towels, she has tried it with a mixed load & it ends as normal. I suspect over foaming??? does the ISE10 sense if there is foam at the end & try to rinse it out again.any ideas chaps
Could well be that.
Also reset the board, it’s on the instructions for the board on the tech DVD.
