    Hi i spoke to the customer on the phone and the washing machine beeps immediately its switched on and it comes up f37.
    i looked on the site and on the bosch site where i downloaded the insructions but i van find no info.
    any help welcome.

    F37 is an NTC fault……is the machine in an outbuilding ? Maybe sited somewhere very cold ?

    If it is , ask the customer to pour about a litre of warm water into the drum , leave for 30 seconds and then try it . It may be that the NTC has gone out of range .

    If not , then you should be looking at he heater element and NTC.

    thanks very much for the reply,
    the machine is in a unheated utility room and it was minus 15 overnight, i will tell her to try the hot water.

    just got a text from the customer the hot water worked, the machine is fine thanks again for the reply.
