the dishwasher fills up ok and starts to wash, the bottom spray arm does not spin, no blockages in arm and its free to turn, would this b the motor?

not familiar with this model but one thing springs to mind.
does it have a half load option? if so when its selected only the top arm is supplied. also if it has and it has not been selected it is possible that the diverter valve(if fitted) may be stuck.
lastly but unlikely there may be a blockage in the supply tube.
