    got email from connect stating dhl not delivering to scotland …so any orders they are going to del themselfs

    dont know why dhl not delivering ??? ..no probs with roads now

    we have parts orders in dhl system just now – dont know what they going to do about them ..


    just checked orders

    8dec 3 parcels sent royal mail,,

    3dec now arrived at edinburgh

    maybe pick up myself ?

    dont know whats going on

    Oh great! I rang CDA on Friday to see what’s happened to my oven element (saga described elsewhere). They say they sent it by DHL on 2nd December :bang:

    Oh no 😥

    Fridays order states it will be dispatched via carrier but there is no carrier dispatch information. Will be watching on Monday am with great interest.On the phone pm if there has been no movement.

    My order from Tuesday is Inverness at present and I am hoping it will come over on the ferry Monday.

    No emails from Connect or messages to date

    Heres watching

    just rang connect to see where last thursdays order was and was told “we have had a list of post codes that dhl wont deliver to due to the adverse weather conditions” and we are one that they are not delivering to :rolls: we are about 30 miles from Birmingham and a dhl driver turned up today to collect a return 😯 god help you lads further afield

    Just spoke to Connect about order placed Friday which has not been sent yet.

    Advised that they are holding orders at connect while DHL clear the back log to the north.
    Have been told that I will get update to morrow. 😡

    Order to Connect made on Thursday AM and still waiting.Looks like if i want the next order before Christmas it will have to be Qualtex.Had to place this order with Connect though because Qualtex was triple the price of an interlock

    got a call today – apparently our post code is ok now .

    and we did get 2 boxes thet we ordered 6/12…

    My element from CDA arrived yesterday. Ironically I think it must have already been here when I rang the customer to give an update of the situation. Later I was going outside for something and found a very battered looking box on the doorstep.
