put the siemens cousin in last week, tested on a 40 min timed cycled and it got hot in notime in the drum, tested this out on delivery and seemed only luke warm. low heat wasnt activated…

tested it on senseor dry cupboard dry function with one damp towel and it got a f09 error.

not got error since as far as i know.

any info available would be great as due back this week to put a vent cover on outside wall!

F9 = heater/NTC fault (no temp rise) unless the room temp is <-12C then it sounds like a fault.

    ahhhhh explains it

it is in a external washroom, there is a boiler in there which keeps the chill off the room, but its not exactly toasty. plus machine had been kept outside in loading bay prior to installation.

so will this be another one of those, start it up a couple of times before it works kinda situation till the artic weather passes?
