    Hi Everyone,

Today a sock managed to slip between the inner and outer drum during a cycle, so as I expected it was squeeling and make strage noises, on examining the drum, I noticed what looks like material (Possibly a BRA!!!) entangled around the heater element.

The reason I think it is a BRA is because it looks like the underwire of the item is also still in there.

Any ideas on how to get this thing out?

I managed to tease the sock back out, but am quite surprised at the amount of gap between the door seal and drum (I can get my fingers in easily).

I took of the pipe at the base of the outer drum and tried getting my fingers inside to grab anything but no joy.

This may sound a bit strange but I am worried that this may cause a problem in the future.

Any help would be great, thanks
    and merry Christmas..

If the “bra” is wrapped around the heating element, the only thing you can do is to take the heating element out and clear it.
Don’t forget to power off first.
