    this washing machine has developed this problem of not spinning and not pumping out the water , control module fault ??

    power to motor , motor brushes , belt ok , pump ok ,as in it will drain on a drain cycle

    If the spin cycle does a few bursts of spin then shuts down and goes to off, then this is a timer fault.

    Kieran, have you checked the ball in sump hose isn’t sticking? Do you know how to access diagnostics to see fault code? PM me & I’ll send you service info.

    thanks guys , the customer is moving it on to spin manually for the time being , thanks for the help will have a better look next week
