Comet response to Technical Information request

Dear Sirs

I refer to your letter of 10th December received in this office on 15th December.

Following various conversations internally with the services team, we do not appear to have received any requests from your members under Regulation 17 (WEEE Directive). Unfortunately, our Services Director is out of the country this week, but I will make further enquiries when he returns on Monday and will let you know.

I have been trying to contact you by telephone but have been unable as I am also keen to gain some further information before formally replying. Specifically, is your letter in regard to our ‘own brand’ items or our stock more generally.

We are more than willing to assist but do need a further word before we can really be of help.
