912096983before you say use search, i have done!
and its not listed on pg 10 of book for this!
issue is it allows you to select any program, but when you “start” dENO comes up, and only think happening is drum rotates slowly.
Have tried holding down on/off + start/reset, plug out, plug in, and let go, but it wont clear.
it also wont flash d-on or d-off either. is there another alternative way of clearing it???
Also, background on the machine is that cust said it completed a wash, turned it off as normal, turned it back on next day and it was in deno mode. machine is in a cupboard and no children around to play with it…
ARGH!

This worked on one I had last week showing D in display.
Turn the power off at the wall.
Push in and hold down the Start/Stop and the Start/Reset
buttons, while still holding down, turn the machine on at the
wall.December 19, 2010 at 12:34 am #339087gandh1

think thats what ive already been doing jim,
this is the c/p:

been holding 4&A simultaneously plug out then plug in…
and not working
A is purely an on/off switch, and 4 is a start/reset
i hate these machines, ugly as hell and never seem to work. i know h/p are mechanically the same, but at least the controls are nicer to use, and feel so much more positive. i also aesthetically hate the way the on/off is made to look like an eye. eurgh.
