    A bit of a long shot this one. Just spoken to the customer who is at work ATM so doesn’t have model number.

    Smeg D/W. She says the first three lights are on and the fourth is flashing, when she presses on or start ( not sure about that ) she gets a couple of beeps then nothing else.

    As usual she is hoping to have it fixed before Christmas. 😛

    Any ideas as to what it might be, model number is coming to me tonight.

    Best ask her to press the 1st and 3rd buttons to try and reset it first, see if that sorts it? 💡
