    When this machine is spinning the rinse neon is still on as well as the spin neon. Does this mean a fault with the facia module or something else?. I checked all the obvious things and the machine seemed to be OK. The customer has since rang again saying it doesnt spin fast enough. Any help please?

    it would be helpful to know which obvious things you checked, in case there was something daft thats been overlooked

    Thanks for replying

    I checked the heater for continuity and megger to earth OK
    motor brushes OK
    water levels and pumping OK
    meggered whole m/c OK

    It spun OK for me, just the two neons on at the same time seemed to make the customer a bit paranoid
