    Happy new year to all!

    My Prestige CB130 Combi Micorwave / Oven / Grill has just started to give me trouble.

    When I close the door on the unit it trips the house RCD 😕 It doesn’t blow the fuse on the plug.

    Any Ideas what could be the issue here?

    The appliance has developed an earth leakage fault which is causing the RCD to trip on the fuseboard. Microwave ovens are specialistrepair and there is little a DIYer can do. This type of fault will have no affect on fuses.
