    I have an Ariston Margherita 2000 AWD12 Advantage but have lost the booklet.
    Can anyone tell me how to use the timer?

    Give Ariston a ring and get yourself a replacement ‘User Booklet’ for your model of machine, the number is on the attached link below: –
