    Appliance fills with water and stops dead. I probably need to get the appliance into diagnostic mode. Any help appreciated

    Hi i would def go into diagnostics but i would be looking at the heater diagnostics would prob be E69. Hope this helps

    Checked heater, it’s leaking to earth, will fit new heater and see what happens. Many thanks

    Fitted new heater, still have the problem, everything else is checking out fine, probably down to a faulty board.

    Did you enter the diagnostics programme? That often tells all.
