    Just had a customer on the phone saying he cannot unscrew the glass bulb cover in his Neff B 1422 oven, seems to think its a well documented problem.

    Not something I have encountered, are there any tricks to getting the bulb cover off?

    Order a new lamp assembly and you get a little tool with it that helps

    Another word to the wise from me to you then Jim.:wink:

    Neff/Bosch/Siemens/Gaggenau/Rational/E-lux/Whirlpool and others I can’t think of right now…..in order to remove even the most stubborn of lens covers, buy yourself this BSH special tool that fits all : – Pt No. 613634.
