Neff Dishwasher issue – S4840/06

Hi,

I’m hoping someone can offer some advice.

I noticed this morning that there was a water leak coming from the dishwasher (Neff integrated slimline S4840/06). There was a large pool of water in the bottom. I hadn’t noticed any issues when I unloaded the previous load and the plates etc were clean.

I’ve emptied the water by hand and cleaned anything obvious in the pump housing.. there were a few bits so removed them.

I then tried to switch on to see if it was just a one off issue, and it doesn’t work at all. The light on the power button is on (so there is power getting to the dishwasher), but literally nothing happens when I close the door!

Any help or clues welcome.
