    Please can anyone help,i went to repair a whirlpool awo3571 w/m today lights are on but no ones home the door’s not locking so me thinks this is easy new interlock but didn’t have one on van so thought i’d just check power to lock before ordering and only 85v at interlock please has anyone else had this prob Thanks Larry. 😥

    Don’t see many Whirlpool here but had one a while back which was similarly dead and it turned out to be open circuit heater. Have you tried a search here on the model or similar models, e.g. “AWO*”

    Thanks for the help wanted to go back and check machine but the customer said they were going to scrap it and buy a new one, what a waste people these days must have more money than sense.
