machine finish wash and then start again washing cycle any idea ?

check harness down front panel for chaffing on corncrete weight also cable ties can rub through insulation at same area. Remove module and clean off all black dust tooth brush does the job i take it you have checked there is nothing in the filter .If still no joy board from EMW
