    fitted a heater unit to this 4 months ago now the control stat on the new heater is o/c (not the one shot thats fine) is this stat available seperatly to save me the cost of a complete heater its a blue spot

    It’s important to realise that with this model the 2 stats on the heater box are TOC’s, not t/stats. One is a one-shot the other a resetting ‘filter blocked’ TOC. The temperature control is controlled by an NTC in the front cowling. As a rule only replacing the heater unit again will cure the problem but clearly either there is a ventilation problem with the m/c or it is subjected to serious abuse by the user.:rolls:

    Taking the latter into account I would suggest you may wish to stick in a 41024208 resettable TOC, not a kosher fix here you must understand but more a ‘get out of jail card’ you may wish to play? 😉 8) 🙂
