Hoping for advice, my machine threw an error code 37, which it has done before and proved to be blocked pump.(Had stopped pumping out in final stage). Too soon after Xmas to afford call out guy. Followed directions for clearing pump from helpers here. No blockage found. Re-assembled and pumps without a problem.
Only now it begins wash cycle by filling but immediately begins pumping out. Other cycles work as normal if I advance to rinse 1, deep rinse 2 and spin.

Would appreciate any advice as I am doing small loads (there are 6 of us 😕 ) using deep rinse 2 and spin.

Update- Tried using pre-programmed cycles (lifecycles) begins filling as per normal but when the side fill ( side edge of bowl, I think this is the pickup from the bottom of the bowl with the detergent mixed) would normally start it appears to begin pumping out from this point.

If this is an “eco” model it sounds like the diverter valve is faulty. From the service manual, “this should have a resistance between 0.7k? and 2.5k?, values are dependent on ambient temp and when it was last actuated.”
